Exactly what is says – personal. I offer 1 to 1 or 2-1 in person sessions, currently operating out my private Bangor studio. Personal Training is a great way to develop your health, fitness and understanding about how & why you’re doing the specific exercises, programmes and sessions. It also allows you to build your confidence knowing I am there to help you with any queries or exercises you’re unsure of.

Have a busy lifestyle and find it hard to have a committed time each week? Online programming offers you the flexibility to train when it suits you and still have myself as your coach. I set you up on a personal fitness training app with training videos, workout logs and nutrition plans, give you specifically designed programmes and you have my support 24-7 with a weekly check-in to make sure everything’s going ok.

Nutrition

If you struggle with nutrition and feel you would benefit from having your nutrition reviewed then this service is for you. Anyone who takes part in sport or general exercise needs to ensure they have a balance, structure and purpose to their nutrition. I look at what you’re currently doing, make some adjustments/changes and have a review with you to discuss what positive changes could be made.
